Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Contract
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team responsible for contract drafting and
negotiation
Serve as the primary contact for complex deals, overseeing the
executive-level deal review process
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Contract
Lifecycle Management process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional
experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management or related
discipline
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management
role
Proficiency in business tools including Salesforce and Contract
Lifecycle Management systems
Extensive experience with legal and commercial documents such as
User Agreements and NDAs
