Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, BPO Management.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with BPO vendors
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and ensure compliance with
contractual terms
Negotiate and manage contracts with BPO vendors and participate in
the vendor selection process
Required Qualifications
2+ years of prior work experience in managing vendor
relationships
Experience excelling in a remote work environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities
Knowledge about or experience with Excel, JIRA, Monday.com, and
Trello
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
