Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Vendor Performance Manager
who will drive the performance of agency partners providing post
charge off collections services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the performance of external vendors responsible
for collections services
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor performance
with strategic objectives
Track vendor performance using established KPIs and implement
performance improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in vendor management, customer service, or
collections, preferably in fintech or financial services
Strong track record of managing external vendors and holding them
accountable to performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes and improve
customer experiences through vendor relationships
Proven analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and
making data-driven decisions
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the
financial services industry
