Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Accounts Receivable.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees daily operations and effectiveness of revenue cycle
operations, including accounts receivable and denial management
Implements best practices and standardized workflows for accounts
receivable operations through continuous improvement
initiatives
Develops and monitors key departmental metrics to measure
performance and manages action plans for outstanding accounts
receivable
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
preferred; equivalent training/experience considered
At least seven (7) years of revenue cycle management experience in
healthcare or health insurance
At least four (4) years of supervisory/management experience
preferred
Global service delivery billing experience required
