Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global strategic talent acquisition
planning
Lead and inspire a high-performing global talent acquisition
team
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and enhance the
candidate experience using advanced technologies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in corporate talent acquisition, preferably
in global companies
Established experience in building Global Capability Centers in
India
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle lateral recruiting and employer
branding techniques
Demonstrated expertise with leading talent acquisition systems
Experience in recruiting talent and senior executives
