Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Director, Strategy & Product
Management, Genomics & Precision Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive analysis and clinical evaluation of genomic
claims to identify fraud and abuse prevention opportunities
Collaborate with various functional areas to implement quality and
economic initiatives for managing fraud and abuse
Drive new product definition and value measurement capabilities for
women's health and genomics programs
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 4 years in
clinical genetics or related specialty and 4 years in leadership
roles
Expertise in clinical genetics and diagnostic genetic testing
Experience with data analysis tools, particularly in extracting and
analyzing medical claims
Demonstrated understanding of health plan structures and
reimbursement policies
Master's degree in genetic counseling or a related health field, or
equivalent clinical and payer experience
