Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager for Software
Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through software adoption and optimize system
utilization
Develop tools and templates to enhance solution offerings and
implementation methodologies
Provide training and enablement, and execute assessments to
evaluate customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
BA or BS degree in business, information management systems, or
engineering
5+ years of experience with SaaS solutions for ERP/CRM systems
In-depth knowledge of accounts payable and the procure-to-pay
process
Experience in consulting with senior-level client leadership
Self-starter with remote work experience and proficiency in
Microsoft Office
