Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Global Regulatory Strategy Lead (CNS, Retinal Health & Emerging Areas).
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic regulatory guidance and leadership throughout the product lifecycle on assigned projects
Develop and own the Global Regulatory Strategy for assigned assets and lead the Regulatory Excellence Team (RET)
Collaborate with stakeholders to align regulatory strategies with overall business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or chemistry with seven years of experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry
Preferred: Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree (e.g., PhD) in pharmacy, life sciences, or chemistry with five years of experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry
In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements and drug development topics
Ability to analyze and interpret complex scientific data and regulatory guidelines
Experience in leading teams and mentoring team members
