A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Platforms
- Back Office Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers in building and maintaining
services for internal operational data
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs across
various domains
Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for Back Office
data services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a high-growth
environment
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with distributed
systems or data platforms
Background in backend engineering with Python or similar
languages
Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and the operational
data lifecycle
Experience in a regulated environment, such as healthcare or
finance
