Job Description:
A company is looking for a Teacher for the Visually Impaired
(TVI).
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized instruction and support to the student with
visual impairments
Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to implement
IEP goals
Utilize appropriate teaching materials and technology to enhance
learning
Required Qualifications
Valid Illinois Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
certification
Experience in or knowledge of teaching strategies for students with
visual impairments
Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
Proficiency in virtual teaching tools and platforms
Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
