Job Description:
The Tilt Up Construction Superintendent will oversee all on-site
aspects of commercial tilt-up and tenant improvement projects,
ensuring that work progresses safely, efficiently, and to the
highest standard. The ideal candidate is experienced with ground-up
commercial construction , particularly tilt-up builds, and thrives
in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Client Details We are a
Santa Clarita-based general contractor specializing in commercial
construction , with a primary focus on quick serve restaurants,
retail spaces, and light industrial projects . With a growing
pipeline of work in the Santa Clarita and Lancaster area, we are
seeking a skilled Tilt Up Construction Superintendent to take the
lead on our upcoming tilt-up project in Lancaster and continue to
grow with our team. Description Lead field operations from
groundbreaking through project completion Manage subcontractors,
materials, schedules, and inspections Enforce job site safety
protocols and ensure OSHA compliance Track and maintain project
progress, reporting daily to the project manager Coordinate site
logistics, equipment, and deliveries Identify and resolve issues
proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns Serve as the primary
on-site liaison with clients, inspectors, and vendors Profile 5
years of experience as a Tilt Up Construction Superintendent in
commercial construction Strong background in tilt-up building and
construction and/or ground-up retail/restaurant builds Ability to
read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical
documents Proven leadership and communication skills OSHA 30
certification preferred Must have a valid driver's license and
dependable transportation Familiarity with local codes and
jurisdictions in the area a plus Job Offer Competitive salary
range: $100,000-$130,000 per year Long-term, stable employment with
