company match Job Details • Manage the day-to-day operations in our
industrial space consisting of production, manufacturing, and test
support from facility cleanliness to maintenance and overhaul. •
Ability to create a maintenance system to show visibility of needs.
• Scoping mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work as space
evolves and changes. • Project manage capital improvement projects
from idea generation, budgeting, capex submittal, execution to
internal customer handover. You own the full life cycle. •
Collaborate tightly with EH&S to support compliance and make
our manufacturing facility the safest around. • Collaborate with
equipment owners on future equipment moves and planning which is
inclusive of the space, ensuring the utilities are in place, and
the workflow is efficient for all. • Navigate fire suppression,
HVAC, plumbing and other general utility repairs that support our
