Service Representative (CSR) with proven experience handling high
volumes of phone calls and email inquiries in a fast-paced,
service-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is
dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across
multiple systems while delivering an exceptional customer

Excellent work ethic with a reliable attendance record Strong
verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail
when managing emails, calls, and data entry Ability to manage
multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment Receptive to
feedback and able to adapt quickly Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
(email, calendar, reminders) Experience using CRM systems and
learning new platforms Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute
to a collaborative team Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and
professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email Support
order processing, account maintenance, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and internal systems
Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate when
appropriate Assist with quoting, freight estimates, and project
coordination Manage a designated customer base or territory
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of open service issues
Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in all
communications Contribute to team goals and continuous process
improvements Requirements High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably
high-volume Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Word,
Excel, Teams) Prior experience with CRM software Strong
organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Excellent
