Key job responsibilities - Deliver Comprehensive Financial Visibility: Provide detailed insights into Ring and Blink's financial performance, focusing on subscription revenue, cost of goods sold, and strategic financial metrics - Forecast and Process Optimization: Develop and maintain dynamic financial forecasts, continuously identifying process improvements and automation opportunities - Cross-Functional Financial Leadership: Partner with teams across subscriptions, logistics, procurement, and operations to align financial goals and drive organizational efficiency - Performance Benchmarking: Design and implement robust financial performance measurement frameworks - Strategic Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that illuminate key performance drivers A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of financial detective work and strategic collaboration. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3 years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 3 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 3 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 3 years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of Tableau - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
