Collections Specialist role: Monitor and manage assigned accounts
to identify outstanding debts Make outbound collection calls and
respond to incoming inquiries Negotiate payment plans and
settlements within established guidelines Document all collection
activity in the system accurately and promptly Research and resolve
billing discrepancies or customer disputes Collaborate with
internal departments (e.g., billing, sales, customer service) to
resolve account issues Meet individual and team collection targets
Preferred Qualifications: 1 years of experience in accounts
receivable or collections Strong communication and negotiation
skills Bilingual is a plus
