Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative
Associate, responsible for completing the financial clearance
process and assisting patients with their financial
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial clearance processes by interviewing patients and
collecting necessary information for pre-registration
Verify insurance eligibility and document information accurately in
the system
Provide price estimates and inform patients about financial
assistance options when needed
Required Qualifications
6+ months of experience with Insurance and/or Benefit
Verification
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Must be 18 years of age or older
Associate or Vocational degree in a related field is preferred
Experience in healthcare settings, particularly with insurance
verification and clinical documentation, is preferred
