Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Senior
responsible for internal and external financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares financial statements, including 10-Q and 10-K, ensuring
compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Develops and implements XBRL processes and manages SOX policies and
controls
Analyzes variance schedules and assists with compliance reporting
for banks and investors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting
4+ years of audit experience in a Big Four or large accounting firm
and/or SEC financial reporting
Strong knowledge of GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606)
and leasing (ASC 842)
Strong research and documentation skills
Progression toward CPA is preferred
